Actually, there is an iPod attachment also called iSqueez (formerly PodPod). It's essentially a foam iPod holder that fits in the cupholder of your car. http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/isqueez/
Though, of course, I perfer massages of any type to foam cupholder thingies. ;)
