Perspective watch

The government has drop off locations for unwanted babies and foundlings. There's basically a basket set-up and the babies are dropped off, usually at night. From there they go to an orphanage or up for adoption.

A number of things could be said, but its interesting that there are enough babies that this is a municipal service.
