Sikh Temples, and their kitchens

Sikhism was founded in the 1600's and is (according to Nigel) a combination of Hinduism and Islam. He also stressed their warrior tradition, and how the British valued them as soldiers. Nigel does a lot of that--saying how the British saw things.

All sikh temples run a kitchen which twice a day feeds all who enter. I imagine not every hungry person in Delhi goes to Sikh temples for the same reason that not every hungry person in Washington goes to the Salvation Army; they don't want to be lectured to.

Anyway, this is the kitchen where a team of people are preparing for the next meal.
